How the Rental Program works:
- We market the cabin.
- We have contracts with cabin-owners.
- We check with a cabin owner before any rentals.
- A confirmation deposit is required at time of reservation.
- The remainder of the rent and a damage deposit are due 14 days prior to renters arrival.
- Northland Cabin Care has very affordable rates.
- The owner is paid at the end of the rental period minus
Northland Cabin Care commission.
- The unit is cleaned at the end of the rental period.
